President and CEO

BioPic10“While my formal title is President and CEO, I really see my role as Chief Learning Officer. A typical day at Integrace is asking the question, ‘Are we thinking big enough and are we asking the right questions?’ My mission is advancing the idea that aging is a time for continued contribution, growth and learning and I believe that life at any age can feed one’s soul. I love that I have the opportunity to serve with others who are passionate about changing the perception of what it means to age in our society. I spend my free time gardening and enjoying time with my family and watching their dream and passions evolve.”

Cindy Yingling
VP for Brand Strategy and Development

BioPic8“I joined the Integrace team twenty years ago because I knew it was an organization that would make a difference, and seeing first hand how my work has changed lives over the years is truly rewarding.  Working in close collaboration with colleagues throughout the organization, I am responsible for moving forward opportunities to  leverage the Integrace brand. Everyday is a new opportunity to connect people to the mission of our organization.  Outside of Integrace, spending time with my husband, family and friends, and gardening on our farm are my most cherished times.”

Sarah Lewis
VP of Mission Alignment

BioPic3“Creating space for people to experience the sacredness of their life is the driving force in my work at Integrace, as well as in my day-to-day life. After serving as Director of Spiritual Life for nineteen years, I was invited to join the leadership team, to help envision our future, and to inspire our colleagues to this shared vision. Being part of an organization that is seeking to transform the experience of aging is the most exciting and meaningful work in which I’ve ever been involved. Discovering the sacredness and beauty in each person and in nature is what brings me great joy. I also treasure being with close friends and family, gardening, kayaking, and being near the water.”

Jon Hansen
CFO

“I take seriously my role as a financial steward for Integrace residents and colleagues. Since becoming CFO at the end of 2016, I love being able to support the mission of creating community here at Integrace. For example, I get to bring financial analysis to discussions around expanding programs, adding or renovating meeting spaces, and giving back to our community. My family recently moved to Maryland and we appreciate everything it has to offer, from the culture to the nearby mountains and water.”

Laura Breton
Senior Director of Sales, Marketing & Communications

“‘Don’t give them what you think they want. Give them what they never thought was possible.’ The opportunity to promote an impossibly meaningful lifestyle for an organization that is pioneering an industry transformation is what drives me every day. I have the most fun role at Integrace because I get to spend my time inspiring a dynamic marketing team and creating innovative ways to showcase our brand and tell our stories. When I’m not busy designing marketing strategies, I can be found chasing adventures, toddlers and new ideas.”

Bob Albright
VP of Facilities Development

BioPic9“Everyone I was in contact with regarding Integrace had such a passion for the organization and I was so impressed that I knew I had to be a part of their community. As V.P. of Facilities Development, it is my job to plan improvements to our facility operation, coordinate efforts and coach colleagues. Seeing improvement to our communities, cooperation among colleagues and the smiling faces of our residents is what I love most about my work at Integrace. Outside of Integrace I can be found hitting the slopes, fishing, boating, hunting or golfing.”

David Pagano
VP of Clinical Operations

BioPic7“When I joined Integrace, I immediately connected to the mission and was thrilled to be a part of it. As VP of Clinical Operations I am responsible for all things clinical including nursing and medical care, rehabilitation, Pharmacy, social services, therapeutic recreation and health and fitness. I love that I come to work every day and, together with the talented and dynamic people I work with, have the opportunity to make a significant difference in people’s lives. Dedicated to bringing the arts to our residents, I helped create the Sykesville Little Theatre at our Fairhaven campus, as I believe that theatre can connect people in unimaginable ways and that shared experience is so exciting.”
