BioPic10“While my formal title is President and CEO, I really see my role as Chief Learning Officer. A typical day at Integrace is asking the question, ‘Are we thinking big enough and are we asking the right questions?’ My mission is advancing the idea that aging is a time for continued contribution, growth and learning and I believe that life at any age can feed one’s soul. I love that I have the opportunity to serve with others who are passionate about changing the perception of what it means to age in our society. I spend my free time gardening and enjoying time with my family and watching their dream and passions evolve.”

Cindy Yingling
VP of Neurocognitive Clinic Operations and Development

BioPic8“I joined the Integrace team twenty years ago because I knew it was an organization that would make a difference, and seeing first hand how my work has changed lives over the years is truly rewarding.  Working in close collaboration with colleagues throughout the organization, I am responsible for moving forward opportunities to  leverage the Integrace brand. Everyday is a new opportunity to connect people to the mission of our organization.  Outside of Integrace, spending time with my husband, family and friends, and gardening on our farm are my most cherished times.”

Jon Hansen
CFO

“I take seriously my role as a financial steward for Integrace residents and colleagues. Since becoming CFO at the end of 2016, I love being able to support the mission of creating community here at Integrace. For example, I get to bring financial analysis to discussions around expanding programs, adding or renovating meeting spaces, and giving back to our community. My family recently moved to Maryland and we appreciate everything it has to offer, from the culture to the nearby mountains and water.”

Laura Breton
VP of Marketing, Sales and PR

“‘Don’t give them what you think they want. Give them what they never thought was possible.’ The opportunity to promote an impossibly meaningful lifestyle for an organization that is pioneering an industry transformation is what drives me every day. I have the most fun role at Integrace because I get to spend my time inspiring a dynamic marketing team and creating innovative ways to showcase our brand and tell our stories. When I’m not busy designing marketing strategies, I can be found chasing adventures, toddlers and new ideas.”

Nick Valencia
VP of Talent Management and Human Resources

As Integrace’s Vice President of Talent Management and Human Resources, I’m honored and humbled to be able to work with and learn from the extremely talented colleagues and vibrant, engaging residents of our several communities on a daily basis. The power of these relationships is inspiring, transformative and uplifting. Our colleagues and residents are at the heart of everything the Integrace Talent Management and Human Resources Team does. It’s that simple. We are committed to making Integrace not only a transformative workplace, but also an inspirational environment where colleagues increase their knowledge, skills, abilities and career passion on a daily basis. When not at one of our Integrace communities, I can usually be found watching my son play football or lacrosse, helping my daughter with her latest baking creation or trying to hit a golf ball long and straight.
